As a CMPA member, you are responsible for informing the CMPA of any changes to your member profile. To ensure the accuracy of your Membership Update — proof of membership — we encourage members (including Life Members) to report changes whenever they occur.

It is also imperative that the CMPA is able to contact you even while your membership is interrupted and after retirement. Please notify the CMPA if you change your address, phone/fax numbers or email address.

After you make a change, a revised Membership Update will be mailed to you. If the change results in a financial transaction, a Statement of Account will also be issued.
