Dr. Molgat has 26 years of academic and clinical experience as a full-time ophthalmologist with a subspecialty practice in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery.
She is passionate about enhancing safe medical care, demonstrated through a career-long commitment to teaching in her university-affiliated program.
Dr. Molgat’s numerous years of governance and administrative experience along with her leadership activities have provided her insight on a variety of important issues pertaining to physicians. Through these roles, she has worked to ensure physicians’ interests are met, their integrity protected, and they have support required to confidently deliver care.
Dr. Molgat leverages her strength in communication and teamwork to support physician members, and improve safe medical care through her CMPA governance role.
