Important message for residents newly matched by CaRMS
The CMPA congratulates all medical students who have recently been matched to a residency program by the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS). To ensure that residents have appropriate medical liability protection, CaRMS supplies us with a list of residents who are matched with a postgraduate program and who provided consent to be contacted.
As a new resident or fellow, you'll need medical liability protection before starting your postgraduate program. In the next few weeks, you will receive an email from us with an invitation to apply to become a CMPA member. Please wait for this invitation and follow the instructions within to ensure a seamless membership application process.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Association!
