About the Member Insight Panel
The CMPA Member Insight Panel is a voluntary community of engaged CMPA members who provide essential feedback on new initiatives, products, and services before they are launched to the broader membership.
What do panel members help with?
Some of the typical activities include:
- providing perspectives and insights on healthcare-related topics and organizational initiatives
- reviewing and providing input on membership surveys
- testing new online forms or digital tools
- trying out new learning modules or educational resources
- evaluating updates to the CMPA website or mobile experience
- participating in pilot programs for member services
- and more!
How much time will it take?
The time required for each activity varies—from quick 8–10 minute surveys to more in-depth 90-minute online focus groups. You’ll receive an invite with details about the activity, including how long it is expected to take, to help you decide if it’s right for you.
Flexible involvement, on your schedule
We value your time. Volunteers take part in a maximum of 2 activities per calendar year, with a minimum gap of 6 months between sessions.
