CMPA continues its EDI journey

CMPA is committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the inclusive services we provide to members and within our own workplace. Guided by our EDI Strategy, we strive to create an inclusive environment where members and employees are valued, and members receive fair, supportive medico-advice, learning, and assistance.

We are proud to share that 76% of members (a 5% increase from 2024) indicated our medico-legal advice is culturally sensitive and inclusive, but we know we have more work to do.
