Parking is available via the underground parkade or valet service. Both options are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

• Over 4 hours: $40

• Calgary TELUS Convention Centre Parkade (727 1 Street SE) – connected to the Hyatt Regency Calgary via the Plus 15 walkway
• The Bow Parkade (500 Centre Street South)

We recommend allowing extra time for parking, particularly during peak downtown hours.

Registration and badge pick up will be open from 12:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. MT on level 3 at the Hyatt Regency Calgary.

• The Annual Meeting will be recorded. Your attendance will constitute consent to potentially appear in this recording.
• The recording will be available on our website in September.

As per the CMPA’s By-law, only members with active membership on August 19 are permitted to vote on motions.

• Voting will be done using the keypad and keycard provided at the Registration desk. Instructions for using the keypad and keycard will be available at the venue.
• Once the motion has been moved and seconded, the Chair will ask for comments. Use the microphone in the room to provide comments.
• Once the discussion portion has concluded, the Chair will call for voting to begin. Please vote to Approve, Do not approve, or Abstain on your keypad.
• The Chair will advise when the voting is near to closing.
