The CMPA does not edit or make changes to photos or to information provided by candidates in the submission form or candidate statement. Candidates are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of the information provided in writing and for their photo composition, format, and resolution.
Candidate statement
My career started as a staff anaesthesiologist at Mount Saint Joseph's, a community hospital on Vancouver's east side. Due to a number of hospital amalgamations I am now a member of a large academic institution (Providence Healthcare). This has provided some insights after decades of practice into the workings of medical institutions, both large and small.
I hope to contribute in some small way keeping the CMPA strong financially as it helps doctors with medicolegal issues.
