Dr. Yanick Larivée has 22 years’ experience in clinical practice as an otolaryngologist, 15 years of which he served as the chair of his hospital’s Council of Physicians, Dentists and Pharmacists. He also heads up the Surgery Department and Otolaryngology Service.
Amongst his various governance roles, Dr. Larivée served as the president for his specialty association in Québec, is currently a member of the issues table for the Institut national d’excellence en santé et services sociaux, and chairs the Committee on Advanced Energy Electrosurgery for the Québec Ministry of Health.
The CMPA Nominating Committee values Dr. Larivée’s health system knowledge and substantial governance and leadership experience, all of which will benefit the CMPA Council.
