François Mercier

Dr. François Mercier is a family physician who practices full time general medicine in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough of the city of Montreal. He received his doctorate in medicine in 1982 from the Université Laval.

Dr. Mercier is co-lead of clinical mentorship for second-year medical students at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal and is the General Medicine representative for continuing professional development at the Université de Montréal.

Dr. Mercier has a particular interest in the academic training of the new generation of physicians as well as in geriatric and end-of-life care.
