Dr. fred Rinaldi is a family physician in Medicine Hat, Alberta, with a full-time office and hospital practice. She graduated from Dalhousie University and completed her residency at McGill.
Dr. Rinaldi has extensive involvement with the Alberta Medical Association (AMA), the South Zone Medical Staff Association (SZMSA), and Alberta Health Services (AHS). She currently sits on the Canadian Medical Association’s Audit and Finance Committee, is a representative on the Alberta Medical Association Representative Forum (AMA RF) - Section of Family Medicine (SFM), and a member of Palliser Primary Care Network (PPCN).
Her past roles include president and member of the AMA Board of Directors, secretary-treasurer of the SFM Executive, president of SZMSA, chair of PPCN, a member of the AMA Primary Care Network Physician Leads Executive, speaker and deputy speaker of the AMA RF, member of CMPA Council, member of AMA and CMPA Audit Committees, and member of AMA and AHS Bylaw Committees.
Dr. Rinaldi is strongly interested in governance best practices, by-laws, and due process for physicians. Her personal interests include gardening, shopping, motorcycling, and being a dog mom.
