Step 1: Review your membership information
Verify that your contact, protection, and payment information are up to date to ensure you are appropriately protected. Please pay special attention to your type(s) of work (TOW) and province(s)/territory(ies) of work as these can change often.
Optionally share your demographic and practice information
Help us better understand and support our diverse membership. Please provide your demographic and practice information, if you haven’t already. A big thank you to over half of our members who have already done so!
Step 2: Tell us about the nature of your patient care
Optionally answer the question about professional time spent in direct patient care.
Step 3: View your invoice
The 2026 Annual Invoice contains your fees and payment schedule. For details on debit dates, visit Payment methods.
Once you have reviewed your membership information, made any necessary changes, and viewed your Annual Invoice, no further action is needed—your CMPA membership will renew automatically.

When will I receive my 2025 Annual receipt for tax purposes?
The Annual receipt for tax purposes will be available in the CMPA member portal in February 2026. You will be notified by email when they are available.
